The 12 May, 2023 latest episode of the Chashni serial starring on Star Plus and Hotstar starts with Raunaq comforting Chashni. He asks her to bring the food and thinks this might comfort and ease her.

| Nani Cries Thinking about Roshni |
The scene shifts to Nani, who thinks how dangerous and stone-hearted Roshni has become. She thinks about what Roshni wanted to become and what she became? She thinks how Roshni has changed with Chandni who is ready to even give away her life for her.

| Nani Overhears Maid Ishika |
She overheard the maid talking to Roshni secretly by standing behind the wall. She feels shocked to the core when the maid says that she can't do this anymore. She confessed that she feels guilty about committing the last night saree pulling incident. Nani gets even more disheartened to think that Chandni will get so much pain to know this.

| Chandni Cries |
Nani sees Chandni working in the kitchen, she approaches her and says that she wants to talk about last night's incident that happened to her. Chandni says she already knows who did this to her. She says that no one can do this except for Raunaq.
Nani feels dismayed at how lowly Chandni thinks of Raunaq. She informed Chandi that she is not right. Not Raunaq but Roshni is behind this all. Chandni is taken aback by Nani's words. Nani tells what she heard from Ishika on a call with Roshni. Ishika came there and apologized to Chandni.
In the follow-up scene of the Chasni serial, we can see Chandni giving paranthas to everyone and Nisha says "WOW". Gautam also fears Chandni as he sees the reflection of the Goddess in Chandni. Nani teased him over eating food with oil in it which he often hates.

| Chandni Applies Ointment On Raunaq Back |
Raunaq arrives and starts eating Parathas standing next to Chandni. Nisha says to Chandni that Raunaq is might in pain but Raunaq denies it.
Later Chandni puts ointment on his back after a sweet bickering with him. Chandni apologized to Raunaq and said she now knows who was behind all of that. When she applies the ointment he says not to disclose it to anyone or else it won't be good for her. They joke about it and shake hands to remain each other's enemies.
The scene shifts to the Kitchen where Vimala is cooking and she offers Chandni pickle to taste. Chandni adores the taste and shows eagerness to learn the recipe. Now she asks Vimala about her demised mother-in-law Chitra and says that she wants to be like her.

| Vimala Talks About Chitra's Death |
She shows curiosity to know about Chitra and how she handled the family. Vimala says that Chitra and Sumer had a love marriage and they were a very vibrant couple. Chitra is described as a lovely person and Vimala shows doubt about how such a person can take her life.
Precap: Chandni swears to find who is behind Roshni's life and Vimala arrives there. Chandni asks are you here to see how I am alive. Vimala says I don't want to harm Roshni, rather I want to save her, and shows a letter to Chandni. Chandni discovered Vimala was behind all those threatening notes.
